Adult dance classes at ASD are all about YOU enjoying yourself through dance. Whether your goal is to get fit or more flexible, return to dance after time out, meet some cool people, or try something brand new, we’d love to welcome you into our adult dance family.

A fun and enjoyable class is guaranteed each week.
